Three of the popular Disneyland After Dark events have been confirmed to return in 2025.
The Disneyland Resort webpage for Disneyland After Dark was updated to reflect which of this year’s events will return again. Of the four 2024 themes, Disney Channel Nite did not make the cut and its description reads, “This special salute to beloved shows has concluded. We hope you enjoyed the festivities!”
However, Pride Nite, Star Wars Nite, and Sweethearts’ Nite all state that guests can look forward to the event next year.
What is Disneyland After Dark?
Disneyland After Dark events are themed “nites”, separately ticketed from regular park admission. The events include special entertainment, rare character meet and greets, themed food and beverages, exclusive merchandise, and more. The events take place after the park closes, but guests can enter up to three hours before. They often sell out and ticket prices for 2024 ranged from $139 to $169.
Pride Nite
Pride Nite was held on two dates in 2024. It’s typically offered in June as part of Pride Month, which celebrates LGBT+ history and progress. Characters dress in special rainbow outfits for a cavalcade and meet and greets. Some rare characters appeared, including America Chavez, who usually only meets in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure.

Sweethearts’ Nite
Sweethearts’ Nite takes place in January and February. A lot of the offerings are themed after Disney couples, including meet and greets. The cavalcade featured princesses and their princes. Rare meet and greets included couples such as Indiana Jones and Marion. See the 2024 lineup here.
Star Wars Nites
Star Wars Nite typically offers the most dates each year, and in 2024, they coincided with the extended “Season of the Force” event. Usually, Star Wars Nite is scheduled around May the 4th (Star Wars Day), with other dates before and after. Rare character meet and greets, a march of the First Order, and themed food are highlights of the event.
