Earlier today, Disneyland shared a first look inside the new Country Bear-themed restaurant. Now, the restaurant has had a soft opening one day before it was officially scheduled to become available to the public. This means that guests can now stop by Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree, see the interior, and even try some of the food available at the location.

Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree reimagines the former Hungry Bear Restaurant with the Country Bear Jamboree serving as inspiration. As the story goes, the menu for the new restaurant features “regional barbecue dishes the Country Bears discovered while on tour.” You can check out the full menu with prices here.

Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree will be located in Bayou Country. The land was formerly known as Critter Country, but the name has changed ahead of the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

The Country Bear Jamboree operated at Disneyland for nearly 40 years, opening on March 4, 1972, and closing on September 9, 2001. It was replaced by The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. A Big Al statue was installed at Disney California Adventure earlier this year.
