Christmas Decorations Arrive at Magic Kingdom Overnight for 2024 Holiday Season

With Halloween over, Magic Kingdom is preparing to celebrate Christmas. Decorations arrived at the park overnight and now adorn much of the entrance and Main Street, U.S.A.

Red and white plants now fill the planters in front of Magic Kingdom.

In the planter between entrance gates, jack-o’-lanterns have been replaced by Mickey and Minnie topiaries wearing Santa hats. There are gift boxes in the planter around them.

The fall bunting remains on the Main Street train station, but garland is now draped over the railings.

The poster advertising Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has been replaced with a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ad. Parties begin on November 8 but dates are selling out.

Garlands and wreaths adorn the entrance tunnels. They feature poinsettias, pinecones, fruits, and colorful baubles.

We spotted a short strip of garland on one of the exit signs.

There are more wreaths and garlands with big red bows on the back of the train station. They hang from the railings and edge of the roof.

Some candy canes are arranged like snowflakes. The fake cookies are decorated with icing making them look like snowflakes, too.

Some of the lampposts in Town Square are wrapped with garlands. The lampposts lining Main Street have wreaths and garlands arranged to look like Mickey heads.

There is garland on the outside and inside of the firehouse.

Inside, the lights strung through the garlands are illuminated, adding an extra ambiance to the space.

Garlands hang above some of the windows and from the overhang of the Town Square Theater.

Garland continues down the Emporium toward the center of the street. There are wreaths on each support pole.

The Main Street Cinema marquee proudly presents "Now Showing Mickey Mousterpieces," adorned with festive Christmas decorations and lush greenery, evoking the enchanting charm of the Magic Kingdom.

The marquee of the Main Street Cinema is now lined with relatively simple garland adorned with small baubles, poinsettias, and silver stars.

The Uptown Jewelers garlands feature white sticks, snowflakes, and flowers.

A couple more strips of garland are on Center Street.

There are red flowers in the flowerbeds around the Cinderella Castle Hub.

Wreaths in the hub are decorated with red poinsettias, solid red bows, and fruits — including large pineapples.
