Never underestimate the power of the Dark Side. Columbia has a new special-edition Vader Collection inspired by the iconic “Star Wars” villain launching next month. A limited-edition jacket autographed by Darth Vader / Anakin Skywalker actor Hayden Christensen will be available at select stores and online, with proceeds benefitting Make-A-Wish.
The Vader Collection
Each item has a purchase limit of two per customer.
Vader 3L Interchange Jacket – $600
The 3L Interchange jacket has a triple-layer waterproof-breathable shell and down liner. The Zip-in Interchange System lets you wear the jacket layers as a shell, a liner, or zipped together. The design is inspired by Vader’s helmet, armor, and chest plate.
The custom Omni-Heat Infinity lining retains body heat while remaining breathable using an expanded pattern of thermal-reflective dots to keep you extra warm in cold conditions. The drawcord-adjustable hood and neck seal out the elements.
The jacket is vented for breathability. There are zippers at the side seams for added mobility. There is an interior security pocket and zippered hand pockets. It has adjustable cuffs with binding and a drawcord adjustable hem for a versatile fit.
“Star Wars” features include reflective details inspired by Vader’s armor for visibility, a Mustafar graphic print, messages in Aurebesh, and lightsaber zipper pulls. It’s designed for everyday outdoor use.
Hayden Christensen Autographed Vader 3L Interchange Jacket – $2,000
The limited-edition jackets signed by Hayden Christensen will be available at select stores and online. 100% of the sales of the autographed jackets will benefit Make-A-Wish with a maximum total donation of $50,000.
It comes in a custom box with a certificate of authenticity. It will be at the Columbia stores in Disney Springs, Walt Disney World; Mall of America, MN; Portland, OR; and Cherry Hill, NJ.
Vader Parka – $350
This parka has a waterproof-breathable shell and custom Omni-Head Infinity Lining. The details include reflective elements inspired by Vader’s mask vents on the hood.
It has adjustable cuffs. There is an interior security pocket and zippered hand pockets. Like the first jacket, it has lightsaber zipper pulls and Vader-inspired graphics.
Vader Convertible Jacket – $225
This 2-in-1 piece has removable sleeves so it can be worn as a jacket or a vest. It features costume-inspired quilting and black-on-black reflective detailing.
There is a zippered chest pocket, hand pockets, and an interior pocket. It has a drawcord-adjustable hem.
Vader Boot – $200
The shoes also have a custom Omni-Heat Infinity lining that retains warmth while remaining breathing using an expanded pattern of thermal-reflective dots. The TechLite+ midsole provides elevated cushioning, stability, and energy return with extra-light responsive foam.
The Omni-Grip outsole provides all-terrain stability and traction with non-marking rubber and a tread pattern that adapts to varied surfaces. “Star Wars” features include the Imperial logo, graphic print insoles, and a custom shoebox featuring Vader.
Vader Tech Half Zip – $80
The half zip uses Omni-Wick to keep wearers dry and cool, pulling moisture to the fabric’s surface. It has a chin guard to prevent chafing and reflective details. The Aurbesh on the chest translates to “Vader.”
Vader Hoodie – $120 (Adult), $90 (Youth)
There are two hoodie designs, which both come in adult and youth sizes. The first features Vader’s helmet in profile on the front, and his name in Aurebesh down the spine.
The second design has Vader’s silhouette set against a red background. His red lightsaber is illuminated in front of him.
The hoodies are made of technical poly-blend fabric and have a zippered kangaroo pocket with lightsaber pulls.
Vader Crossbody Bag – $60
Like the apparel, this bag is black with reflective detailing and “Vader” in Aurebesh. There are two internal pockets and a zippered top pocket.
The adjustable strap has a quick-release buckle. It has a detachable front pocket with a clip. When the pocket is removed, Vader’s chest plate is revealed.
Vader Bucket Hat – $40
A Darth Vader look wouldn’t be complete without a helmet. This sleek black bucket hat features thermal-reflective lining for warmth. “Vader” is in Aurebesh on a high-shine stripe across the top.
There is binding on the brim for a finished look. The Imperial logo is in red on a silicone patch.
Vader Packable Quilted Blanket – $85
An image of Darth Vader from “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back” is printed on the front of this polyester blanket. The back is plain black. It has snaps so it can be worn as a wrap or cape.
It’s 70 inches by 50 inches. It includes a pack-and-carry sack with “Vader” in Aurebesh, the “Star Wars” logo, and the Columbia logo.
Vader Water Bottle – $40
This water bottle has microlite double wall vacuum insulation to keep drinks cold for over 30 hours. The ultra-thin 2-milimeter wall is constructed out of 18/8 stainless steel. It features a Mustafar graphic etched on the black exterior.
The insulated lid has an articulating nozzle and a customizable straw length. It’s BPA-free with an anti-scratch pad and no leak seal. The bottom, red with the Imperial logo, is rubber to avoid slips. It’s designed to fit standard vehicle cup holders. It’s 750 milliliters or 24 ounces.
Vader Ball Cap – $40
This 5-panel ball cap has a stretch headband, breathable mesh back, and snapback closure. A high-shine stripe across the brim and front panels features “Vader” in Aurebesh. A silicone Imperial patch is on the side. The underbill print is inspired by “Star Wars” architecture. Mustafar coordinates are on the internal taping.
Vader Crew Socks 2 Pack – $40
This pack includes a pair of red socks featuring Aurebesh designs and Imperial logo patches. The second pair is black with a Darth Vader silhouette design. They have cushioned heels and toes, arch support, mesh ventilation zones, and anti-bulk ventilation at the instep. It comes in medium and large sizes.
Vader Belt – $50
This black belt has a Tracklock locking system on the back to help users find a custom fit between sizes using ratchet notches. It is buff full-grain leather with a debossed Imperial logo and “Vader” in Aurebesh.
Vader Long Sleeve Shirt – $70
As with the hoodies, the shirts come in multiple designs. The long-sleeve shirts are both black. One features Vader’s helmet profile with blue and orange haze around him. The other design features his silhouette against a red haze.
The shirts are a heavyweight cotton-blend with a Columbia patch and an Imperial logo patch.
Vader Short Sleeve Shirt – $60 (Adult), $40 (Youth)
There are three short-sleeved shirt designs. These include a red shirt with “Vader” in Aurebesh on the chest and Vader pictured in black on the back.
The other two designs are on black shirts. One depicts Vader with his lightsaber in front of an orange haze. The other features his helmet profile. They all have the Columbia and Imperial logo patches.
Only the red shirt and the first black shirt come in youth sizing.
“Star Wars” x Columbia The Vader Collection sales will open to Greater Rewards members first at 8:30 a.m. PST on December 5. The general sale will open that day at 9:00 a.m. PST.

seems like just another ploy by di$ney to tug at your heartstrings to line their pockets with your cash. they really do not have enough of your money already to make these dying childrens wish come true without making another buck off it? would not be surprised if they charged their new 200 bucks per ticket per park for that dream! do you have anything to ad tom? please prove me wrong. i would like to be wrong for this. i have gone to many a charity for make a wish and i really hope i am wrong. but, i learn from reality.
