Disney’s Beach Club Resort is ready for winter with various Christmas decorations in addition to its “Mickey’s Christmas Carol” gingerbread carousel.
Disney’s Beach Club Resort Christmas Decorations
We walked from Yacht Club to Beach Club, passing multiple nautical wreaths on the way. These large green wreaths feature ribbons with blue, green, and brown scale-like patterns. The ornaments are gold, mixed in with various sea-inspired figures.
The adornments include small ship wheels, lighthouse figures, compasses, seashells, nets, and and turtle figures.
Garlands hang around Cape May Cafe. These feature bows made of blue fabric and nets. They hang from frayed ropes.
Anchor shapes made from driftwood are atop the garlands. They have fish-shaped figures and blue, white, and silver ornaments.
The lampposts on the pathway leading up to the lobby are wrapped in thick garlands. These have red poinsettias and shiny bows. In addition to regular baubles, they have nautical ornaments, too.
We spotted an ornament featuring a pair of blue sandals and pink sandals dangling below an umbrella. Another ornament was shaped like a beach tote with sunglasses.
Inside the lobby are several small Christmas trees. Unlike other resorts, Beach Club doesn’t have a large Christmas tree as the lobby’s centerpiece because they have the gingerbread carousel. The trees are wrapped in string lights with big bows, tropical flowers, and shells.
There are white ship wheels, seahorse decorations, and sparkling baubles among the branches.
Matching garlands hang over the doorways and from the second-floor railings.
Some of the decorations in the lobby and surrounding hallways have more greenish lights, making them look like they’re underwater. This wreath features half a ship’s wheel with ribbons and a flower tied to it.
A fishing net was also attached to the wheel. It had beaded and translucent fish figures.
Some of the decorations didn’t have their lights on or visible because of the sunlight. These hang on columns along the hallway walls and feature large golden flowers.
A clownfish on some decorations is reminiscent of Nemo and Marlin. Snowflake adornments look like they’re made of blue seaglass.
This tree has large blue-gray flowers with silver elements hanging from them. They are joined by gold seastars and large baubles.
This decoration has a conch shell in its center and striped ribbon throughout. Two blue and white baubles are wrapped with ropes.
Back outside, wreaths have burlap-wrapped wheels in their centers. The ornaments are all blue and white, with a blue bow on top. Pieces of shiny coral look like snowflakes.
A large wreath hangs above the main entrance. It features a blue bow with gold trim.
A sandy snowman figure is at the bottom of the wreath with a surfboard.
More garlands are wrapped around the lampposts of the main entrance road.
