Walt Disney Studios has released a new look at Stitch in the upcoming live-action remake of “Lilo and Stitch.”

New Look at Stitch in Live-Action ‘Lilo and Stitch’

Shared during D23 Brazil and later on social media, the new image of Stitch shows the lovable blue alien in his “dog” form, standing on what is likely Lilo’s bed, with a character out of focus in the foreground. Stitch looks on while wearing a yellow lei.

“Lilo and Stitch” is a live-action remake of the 2003 animated film of the same name. It is scheduled for theatrical release on May 23, 2025. Newcomer Maia Kealoha stars as Lilo, alongside Zach Galifianakis and Billy Magnussen, with Dean Fleischer Camp directing. A first look was originally shared at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event earlier this year.
