Gingy was surprisingly delicious! These cookies are baked fresh in the morning, and you can tell.

He’s lightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The molasses and spices are rich but not overwhelming. It also goes without saying: he’s adorable.

More cookies were baked on the day of our visit after they sold out early in the morning the day before. We were able to get one of the last five remaining in the early afternoon, so we suggest planning ahead if you have to have him.

All that being said, we have to dock a point in our rating because $7 for a single cookie is a crime.
