FIRST LOOK at Skipper Society Lounge Tiki Mug and Glasses on Disney Treasure

Three cocktails on wooden pedestals: one with a red flower, one in a decorative mug, and one with orange liquid. Background features a bar and a coffee machine.

During our preview aboard the Disney Treasure, we were able to check out the Skipper Society lounge, and see the tiki mugs and glasses that will be available at the venue.

Skipper Society Tiki Mug and Glasses

A cocktail in a tiki glass with a red base and clear top, garnished with a pineapple slice, sits on a counter with a bar backdrop.

The first mug is actually a glass, with a tiki head carved into it.

The main tiki mug is an Ems Empress Jungle Cruise boat. It features a few chimpanzees wreaking havoc aboard, with one looking at a map, another holding a parasol, and another at the back, holding the sign for “Ems Empress.”

The Skipper Society is designed to look as though it’s inside a Jungle Cruise boat, namely the Ems Empress — named after the Ems River, where the Treasure made its first voyage out to sea.

An orange drink with red garnish in a textured glass sits on a wooden coaster, next to a carved wooden bowl. A coffee machine is visible in the background.

The final new glass is mostly plain, with a design of stacked cubes going up and around the glass.

It’s unclear if these glasses and mug will be available for purchase aboard the ship.

The Skipper Society lounge will also feature many references to the classic Disney Parks attraction. Disney shared a first look at the venue earlier today.

The Disney Treasure held its christening ceremony on Tuesday, November 19 in New York City, and celebrated with a drone show featuring the Haunted Mansion, Moana, and more. Read more about everything we know about the Disney Treasure.
