Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• During a recent trip to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we noticed Disney has finally replaced one of the Walt Disney World road signs that are so faded they’re practically illegible.
• There’s a new Mufasa Tree of Life Awakenings show in celebration of “Mufasa: The Lion King” which releases in theaters on December 20, 2024.

• Gingerbread locations at Walt Disney World Resort hotels introduced a new offering — the gingerbread house bucket with sweets inside — however, the bucket sold out within two days.
• Disney Vacation Club’s new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows features the first-ever fitness center at the resort.
• We have a first look at the Polynesian’s new DVC Island Tower pool, “Moana” splash pad, and more exterior offerings.
