Beginning February 11, 2025, the base price for several Disney Vacation Club resorts will increase by $6-$10 per point.
Disney Vacation Club Purchase Price Increasing in 2025
DVCNews.com shared that earlier this week, Disney Vacation Club revealed its purchase incentives for the winter period through February 10, 2025. Starting February 11, 2025, those incentives will change. Additionally, the base price for purchasing points directly from DVC is set to increase. These increases will hit all five resorts currently in active sales.
The following four properties will rise from $225 to $235 per point:
- Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas
- Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
- Disney’s Riviera Resort
- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
At the Disneyland Resort, points for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel will increase from $239 per point to $245.
The rates of older “sold-out” resorts are priced individually and are subject to change at any time.
The price increase announcement comes just a few days before the scheduled opening of the new DVC Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows on December 17, 2024.
These price increases apply to both new buyers and current owners adding-on. Additional fees and closing costs may apply. Those who are interested in purchasing points can reach out to a Disney Vacation Club sales representative for additional details and pricing confirmation.
