Full Tour of Marceline Market Aboard the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship

One of the eateries aboard the Disney Treasure is Marceline Market. Named after Walt Disney’s hometown of Marceline, Missouri, the buffet venue is inspired by different Disney characters known for food or invention. It’s identical to Marceline Market on the Disney Wish.

Marceline Market is located on deck 11, next to Jumbeaux’s Sweets. It’s open for breakfast and lunch. On the wall before entering is a Marceline Market sign featuring Mickey’s face and floral designs cut into fake foliage.

A painting depicts the different characters that inspired the space, including Rapunzel and Attila, Pinocchio and Geppetto, Alice and the Mad Hatter, Belle and her father Maurice, Snow White and The Evi Queen, Remy and Chef Gusteau, Judy Hopps and her parents, and Bambi and friends. Walt and Mickey are in the center of the painting.

There are 10 food stations, a café-style beverage bar, and both indoor and outdoor seating.

Food offerings vary but usually include standard buffet fare.

The food stations include Chef’s Counter, Signature Choices, Kid’s Counter, Market Deli (salads), Pantry Favorites (desserts), and Fresh Fare. Each station has a different tile pattern on the front of its counter.

There are plates and/or bowls at each station. Once you’re done getting food, a crew member will give you cutlery with a cloth napkin.

There are two-top and four-top tables with chairs and counters with tall chairs. Most of the tables are rectangular but there are some circular tables, and they can be pushed together to make longer tables for larger parties.

The tables outside are smaller but can also be pushed together, and the chairs are more appropriate for outdoor weather.

In the lounge area at the front of Marceline Market are sofas, armchairs, circular tables, and half-booths.

Displays include jars of ingredients and cookbooks in cabinets above the counters and on the walls.

Chef Remy’s first chef hat is framed on one wall. A plaque reads:

I received this toque after starting my culinary career in one worn by my friend, Alfredo Linguini. Let me tell you, I much prefer wearing a toque than being in one!

An area dedicated to “Alice in Wonderland” features framed portraits of the characters, the doorknob, and croquet mallets.

There are more themed props throughout inspired by “Beauty and the Beast,” “Pinocchio,” “Tangled,” and more, as teased by the painting at the front of the eatery.
