Howdy! Today was a beautiful day with lots of fun finds including a new bus wrap on the Disney Cruise Line bus, more 2025 merchandise, and our fishy friends at The Seas in EPCOT are set up with their holiday decor.

Monorail Morning

Interior of a Walt Disney World monorail, showing signage with safety instructions and a fire extinguisher compartment.

I started my day as I do most days: on some form of Disney World transportation. I took the resort monorail to the Grand Floridian for a quick bite before starting my day in EPCOT.

New Disney Cruise Line Bus Wrap

A Disney Cruise Line charter bus parked under a covered area, featuring large character illustrations and "Disney Cruise Line" logo.

Crazy luck was when I walked out of the front of the Grand Floridian to walk to Gasparilla Grill for my snack I saw a new wrap on a Disney Cruise Line bus. I love the simplicity of the design while still featuring Minnie and Mickey Mouse, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Goofy, and Donald Duck.

Monorail Morning

Interior of a monorail with lime green walls featuring a pattern and the text "Monorail Lime". There's a small metal compartment with papers on the wall. Natural light comes through the window.

After a nice coffee and an exciting start to the day by finding that bus, I started my journey to EPCOT on monorail lime.

Test Track Update

Construction site with cranes and workers near a modern, round building under a cloudy sky.

The awning at Test Track has started to take shape. When I zoomed by on the monorail they were adding some structural supports to the top of the awning. Be sure to stay tuned to our website for more details on the refurbishment. Are you looking forward to revamped Test Track? Let us know in the comments below and on social media.

Good Morning from EPCOT

A group of people at the entrance of a theme park with a large geodesic sphere in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

The park was busy, at almost exactly at 9 a.m. crowded lines were already forming at the touch points to enter the park. The flags around Disney World were at half-staff today as well.

2025 Merchandise

Various Disney World merchandise items featuring "2025" designs, including Minnie ears, a pin, hoodies, and shirts with colorful graphics of Disney characters and fireworks.

There has been 2025 merchandise trickling out for a few months now, but there was a ton released today. These six items were a few of my favorites that I found today. Be sure to visit our website for a more detailed look and description.

Most of these items were found in World Traveler at the back entrance of EPCOT, but others were found in Pin Traders at the front of EPCOT.

  • 2025 Die-cast Bus – $17.99
  • 2025 Ear Headband – $34.99
  • 2025 Light-up Ear Ornament – $29.99
  • 2025 Adult Hoodie – $64.99
  • 2025 Penny Collection Book – $17.99
  • 2025 Youth Longsleeve Shirt – $39.99

Communicore Hall

Interior of a retail store with people browsing merchandise. Snowflake patterns are projected on the floor and walls. Circular ceiling lights illuminate the space.

Communicore Hall remains an absolute let down. It is incredibly empty and still smells like a college auditorium. The grey walls are still grey with snowflake projections. The Glittering Grove is a sad show compared to the Glimmering Groves next door with Living with the Land.

The Seas Holiday Decor

A series of aquarium scenes under blue lighting featuring festive decorations, a sea urchin, coral, and plants within fish tanks.

The fish of The Seas in EPCOT have decked the halls of their tanks. The Cuttlefish have small gingerbread houses over their coconut homes and a nice green tree at the back. The Cuttlefish hatchlings have added some decorative lollipops to their home.

In the nursery tank things are looking bright with the fish food strung like bobbles on a Christmas Tree. The Mangroves are decorated with snowflakes.

Still my favorite addition remains the Sea Urchins Mickey Mouse ears. I was speaking with one of the Cast Members who works with these tanks specifically and he told me that these hats although cute actually help the Urchins feel safer. In the wild they use small stones and shells or other debris.

Water Bottle Carrier – $12.99

A hand holds a blue and white Mickey Mouse-themed water bottle carrier with a metal clip.

In the Creation Shop I found a water bottle carrier featuring the iconic Disney balloon with a white Mickey Mouse face printed on the front. It even comes with a carabeener to attach to your bag or your belt.

Tiny Village Update

Miniature scene with colorful, detailed buildings and small figurines on a gravel surface. One figure appears near an overturned blue structure.

To be honest since the addition of the holiday festival banners and Christmas trains there hasn’t been much going on in the tiny village to update on. The little girl is still holding strong at the top of the building waving a white tissue as she fights the fall off the edge.

However, a few of the buildings have seemed to have lost their rooves. The top of the bigger building has landed just behind a villager, while the smaller building teaters on crushing a man. Meanwhile a villager at the bigger building flailing their arms in concern.

Overall, today was an easy going day at Disney. The crowds are certainly picking up the closer we get to Christmas. I hope everyone enjoyed our brief trip around Disney World. Let me know in the comments below and on social media what your favorite moment of the day was. The Seas was by far my favorite stop.
