Madame Leota’s Somewhere Beyond opens today at Disneyland and Disney Parks Instagram has shared a first look.
Madame Leota’s Somewhere Beyond
The Disney Parks official Instagram shared a first look into the new shop.
The gift shop is part of the expansion of the Haunted Mansion grounds. The attraction closed temporarily in January to begin the construction but has since reopened with an expanded queue.
The building is themed to a carriage house that once housed Madame Leota. Now she visits here and there to the crystal ball within, but the carriage house has been converted into a shop.
Just a few weeks ago signs were installed on the building’s exterior. The signs display the text “Madame Leota’s Somewhere Beyond” with a foggy background and crystal ball.
The first look into the shop shows a variety of spooky memorabilia on display including candles, books, a blue crystal ball, and floating instruments amongst other haunting mementos.
The official Disneyland Park website describes the shop as “A ghostly retreat, so enter if you dare for apparel, accessories, plush, and headwear. Where home goods lurk and collectibles drop, the perfect gift dwells in this very shop.”
guests can shop for souvenirs and keepsakes inspired by the Haunted Mansion and Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”
