Disney has installed decorations for the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, gearing up for the festival’s start on Friday, June 17.

Step-In Photo Ops

An enchanting display of an animated character in a forest scene, surrounded by potted plants and lush greenery, makes for perfect photo ops at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts.

There are two returning photo ops on the bridge to World Showcase. This “Sleeping Beauty” photo op is inspired by the scene in which Briar Rose dances with her animal friends. The animals are depicted at the front of the photo op dressed as the prince. The background is the forest.

Nearby is the photo op inspired by “Mary Poppins.” A group of penguins wearing bowties is in the front. The background is the tea party scene under a tree.

Two framed paintings adorn a patterned blue wall, surrounded by vibrant potted orange and yellow flowers on a paved area, capturing the essence of a festival of the arts.

At the Italy Pavilion is a photo op featuring the backgrounds of “The Scream” by Edvard Munch and “Mona Lisa” by Leonardo da Vinci.

A large framed painting adorns the brick building entrance, depicting a historical scene of a man in a boat. It's beautifully surrounded by potted plants and holiday decorations, setting the perfect stage for the Festival of the Arts.

“Washington Crossing the Delaware” by Emanuel Gottlieb Leutze is outside The American Adventure. The soldiers have been removed so guests can step in as Washington’s troops.

Other step-in photo ops at the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will include:

  • International Gateway: Luncheon of the Boating Party – Pierre-Auguste Renoir
  • Near Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana: Moana

The Moana photo op is new this year.

Chalk Art

An empty kids' chalk art station awaits at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts. Two teal cylindrical structures and a central blackboard sit under a purple canopy, perfect for creative photo ops. An umbrella stands to the right, completing this inviting scene.

The Kids Chalk Art station is set up on the other side of the bridge. Kids will be provided chalk to draw on the blackboard and the ground around the station.

Sidewalk chalk art, perfect for whimsical photo ops, showcases colorful portraits of a cartoon mouse and a woman with long hair next to a railing by a body of water, capturing the vibrant decor reminiscent of the EPCOT Festival of the Arts.

On Wednesday, we reported that professional artists were already drawing their chalk art along the bridge. Several pieces are now complete, including a vibrant Mickey Mouse and a Moana.

An artist intricately sketches colorful chalk art of a futuristic scene on a sidewalk at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, with art supplies and a reference image beside them, creating perfect photo ops for passersby.

One artist was working on this piece inspired by the old Future World. It highlights the former Fountain of Nations behind Spaceship Earth.

Two artists create colorful chalk art as part of the EPCOT Festival of the Arts on a pavement near a railing. One drawing depicts a sci-fi scene, while the other features cartoon characters, offering perfect photo ops amid scattered art supplies.

Another artist was working on a Figment piece featuring the purple dragon working on his own painting.

CommuniCore Stage

The outdoor stage, adorned with vibrant decor and a prominent "Festival of the Arts" sign, offers perfect arts photo ops at the EPCOT Festival. Surrounded by trees and lighting structures under a cloudy sky, it's a visual delight for all attendees.

A stage is set up and decorated in CommuniCore Plaza for various festival entertainment. Artists will do live paintings and musicians will perform here.

The stage is decorated with giant tubes of paint. They each feature the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2025 wordmark. There are stripes along the front of the stage and a large purple EPCOT International Festival of the Arts sign.

Large paintbrushes lean against boxes adorned with spilling buckets. Light columns are decorated with rainbow wraps.

The sign in front of the stage resembles a painter’s palette. Each blob of paint is shaped like a Mickey icon.

Disney Fine Art

A beige tent labeled "Disney Fine Art by Collectors Editions," decorated with potted plants, sits gracefully on a lawn with swaying palm trees, offering perfect photo ops at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts.

The rainbows continue around the building. A purple “Figment’s Inspiration Station” decal is on the windows facing across the lagoon.

Festival Banners

There are four festival banner designs on lampposts throughout World Showcase. They each feature the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts wordmark, with “Arts” highlighted thanks to rainbow lettering. One of the designs features World Showcase buildings, hot air balloons, and Spaceship Earth.

Another banner features a paint tube with rainbows coming out of it. Figment is on one banner design with a paintbrush and bucket.

Fictional Victuals Booth

The closed food kiosk with green awnings and a sign reading "Traditional Victuals" sits quietly among the trees, as if waiting for the vibrant Festival of the Arts to bring it back to life on this overcast day.

Signs were added to most of the Food Studio booths earlier this week. The sign is now up on the Fictional Victuals booth, one of this year’s new Food Studios. It has an aging storybook page design.

A small beige building with a sign reading "Fictional Victuals" and "Coming Soon" above the doorway, hinting at an exciting debut during the Festival of the Arts.

Located near Refreshment Station, Fictional Victuals will serve Squid Ink Pasta, Charred Octopus, Black Cocoa Brownies, Butterscotch Milk Shakes, and more. A “Coming Soon” banner is on the sign for now.
