Previously, the water park was scheduled to reopen tomorrow, Thursday, January 9, 2025; it will now remain closed on that day. It is scheduled to reopen on Friday, January 10 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. according to the Walt Disney World website, but that could change if the weather continues to be frigid.

According to Weather.com, Thursday will see a high of 56° F with a low of 40° F, though Friday will start to warm up with a high of 70° F and a low of 58° F.

Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park is closed for the season. Universa Volcano Bay will also be closed through at least Thursday, though that closure could also be extended due to the weather.
