Earlier this month, we reported that a modified version of the single rider line at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run was being tested. Instead of the line being for parties of one, the new test also allowed for parties of two to join.

The single rider line is located on the left of the regular Standby line and Lightning Lane, and it skips the preshow with Hondo Onaka. The signage for the line still read “Single Rider” but Cast Members were allowing parties of two as well.

As per a Cast Member at the attraction, the testing of parties of two has now ended and the line has returned to being for parties of one. It is unclear whether this testing may return in the future.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run simulates a thrilling flight through the galaxy aboard the one and only Millennium Falcon. Riding in the famous cockpit of the Falcon, each guest is part of the action with all hands on deck. Every role, whether a pilot, engineer, or gunner, is crucial on this spirited and adventurous mission.

  1. Whenever I took the single rider there, I was always “randomly” assigned the engineer role. Of course I did get to ride three times on my last day, where the normal line was two hours or more.
