Disney Releases New Short Trailer for Live Action ‘Snow White’ Starring Rachel Zegler

Disney has released another new trailer for the upcoming live-action “Snow White” film starring Rachel Zegler as the titular princess, featuring a more detailed look at the Magic Mirror, the Dwarfs’ mine, and an extended piece of the film’s soundtrack.

New ‘Snow White’ Trailer

Disney's live-action "Snow White" poster showcases the enchanting Snow White holding an apple, the menacing Evil Queen looming above, and a serene forest scene filled with animals. Don't miss this magical adaptation hitting theaters on March 21.

The new trailer begins with a brief flip-through of multiple Walt Disney Animation Studios film bumpers, starting with the original animated version for the classic “Snow White” and ending with the modern 3D castle bumper.

The following scenes include a more extended look at the Evil Queen talking to her Magic Mirror and several clips of the Dwarfs working in their mine. Smaller clips also tease Snow White running from trees in the Dark Forest and what appears to be the Evil Queen singing during a musical number.

Additionally, the trailer adds longer clips of the songs from the upcoming film. The soundtrack will include remakes of the classic songs “Whistle While You Work” and “Heigh-Ho,” alongside an original song titled “Waiting on a Wish.” The original music is being composed by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (“The Greatest Showman”).

The original teaser and poster for the upcoming film were released back in August 2024. A full-length trailer and an updated poster were revealed in December. Disney has teased a few changes to the classic story, including a new backstory for Snow White’s name. Rachel Zegler (“West Side Story”) plays the titular princess, Gal Godot (“Wonder Woman”) is the Evil Queen, and Andrew Burnap (“WeCrashed”) is Jonathan, a new character replacing the prince. “Snow White” is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by Greta Gerwig and Erin Cressida Wilson.

“Snow White” will be released in theaters March 21.
