Universal Epic Universe will have original characters mentioned, if not appearing, in Celestial Park, according to new shop descriptions and trademarks.
Celestial Park Shops & Characters
Universal just added Epic Universe to the Universal Orlando Resort app, revealing some details about the park. This includes new shop names and descriptions, particularly for Celestial Park.

The world’s shops include Sensorium Emporium, near the front entrance of Epic Universe, suggesting it may be the park’s flagship store. The shop description reads:
Explorer Vincent Various has converted his workshop into a variety of stores at Celestial Park, including Sensorium Emporium where you’ll find an endless variety of merchandise.
The other shops included in Vincent Various’ workshop conversion and the surrounding area are Lens Flare (where guests can pick up photos), Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets (a confectionery), North Star Wintry Wonders (a holiday shop), and Other Worlds Mercantile (which sells merchandise from the park’s “other worlds”).

Vincent Various isn’t the only original character revealed in the Celestial Park shop descriptions. Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets features Maya of the Skies:
At this Celestial Park confectionery you’ll enjoy sweets and treats discovered by young Maya of the Skies in her marvelous moonship.
The “residents” of Celestial Park are known as Celestians. They maintain the Chronos device, which powers the magic of Epic Universe allowing guests to visit other worlds: How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe, and Super Nintendo World.
The Epic Universe information revealed in the Universal Orlando Resort app is subject to change. Universal has already removed mention of virtual queues from the park’s worlds. There are also no shops listed for Dark Universe.
