Universal CityWalk
Voodoo Doughnut

Voodoo Doughnut has the Coconut Pandan inspired by the tropical, savory-sweet pandan plant of Southeast Asia. It has ube-flavored filling and is topped with green tea velvet icing, toasted coconut shavings, and snake gummies representing the Year of the Snake.
The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar

Also honoring the Year of the Snake is the Snake in the Grass Roll from The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar. This is tempura shrimp, avocado, and unagi (freshwater eel) rolled inside white sushi rice. The outside is drizzled in honey and spicy mayo, and garnished with colorful shrimp crunchies.

Cowfish will also offer the South Seas Snake, a cocktail featuring the Chinese liquor Ming River Sichuan Baijiu. It’s mixed with rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit, and ginger puree, garnished with an orange slice and snake-shaped bamboo leaf.
Bend the Bao

Bend the Bao offers two Lunar New Year cocktails: the Winter Melon & Strawberry Tea Lemonade with aiya jelly boba and the Passion Fruit & Ginger Tea with lychee boba.
Lombard’s Seafood Grille in Universal Studios Florida

Lombard’s Seafood Grille has introduced the Crispy Snowflake Potstickers. This shrimp-stuffed dumpling has a fried lacey crust and is served with a side of savory-sweet dragon sauce.
Croissant Moon Bakery in Universal Islands of Adventure
The Croissant Moon Bakery has a chocolate take on a traditional Chinese mooncake, which is usually a round, thick pastry filled with lotus seed or red bean paste. The Croissant Moon Bakery version has a chocolate cheesecake filling.
