Adventurers Outpost, where guests can meet Mickey and Minnie at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, is temporarily closing this week.

A green and brown wooden building with a red door stands on a wet pavement, surrounded by trees. Two people are visible near the entrance.

According to the official Walt Disney World website, the location will be closed from February 25 through February 27, 2025, as no operating hours are listed during those dates.

Disney has not released details regarding the closure, but it’s likely for routine maintenance of the venue.

While guests wait to meet Mickey and Minnie at Adventurers Outpost, they can admire photos from all their travels that hang on the walls in the queue.

Mickey and Minnie are dressed for their latest adventure at this meet and greet. Minnie wears a long-sleeved blouse with a tan skirt, scarf, sun hat, and brown heels. Mickey is in a short-sleeved button-down shirt, brown shorts, brown shoes, and a hat.

The backdrop features icons from Disney’s Animal Kingdom, including the Tree of Life. Suitcases and travel gear are also nearby along with a carved decorative pole.

During the closure, guests can still meet other characters throughout the park including Donald and friends in DinoLand U.S.A., Dug and Russell from “Up” at the Wilderness Explorers Club House in Discovery Island, and Moana at the Character Landing, also in Discovery Island.
