The new experience offered at Crystal Arts on Main Street U.S.A. was highlighted in a short clip shared on the Arribas Brothers official Instagram account, @disneyarribas.

The experience of creating the pumpkin carriage is broken down into steps. First, guests choose a color for the pumpkin center of the carriage and a second color for the stem. After making their choices, guests can watch as one of the in-store artisans blows and bends the glass into the correct shape.

One the glass pumpkin is complete, it needs to sit in a cooler for at least 12 hours. Guests will need to return to the store to pick up their cooled creation, or they can choose to have it shipped home.

The custom pumpkin carriages is the second personalized experience added to Crystal Arts in Magic Kingdom. In January 2025, the store also added the Hidden Mickey Tiaras and Scepters experience, which allows guests to create their own tiara or scepter using a birthstone of their choice.
