The Disney Store has dropped a brand new Droid Factory figure called R2-BNE, and it is designed to look like a cute Easter bunny.
R2-BNE Star Wars Droid Factory Figure – $14.99

The newest Droid Factory figure, called R2-BNE, is named as a play on the word “bunny.” The figure is made to look ready for spring with a white body and bunny ears stuck to its top dome. The buttons and panels on the droid are colored blue and pink in pastel hues.

The figure is made of plastic and measures approximately 3 inches tall. The description for the droid says, “The best buddy in the galaxy becomes some-bunny to love with this R2-BNE Star Wars Droid Factory Figure. Artoo’s signature colors take on pastel hues and he wears an adorable pair of bunny ears, making him a stellar find in every Easter basket and the cutest way to celebrate the start of spring.”

The figure is sold in cardboard packaging with a larger image of R2-BNE in a grassy field. The Droid Factory figures are recommended for ages 4 and up.
R2-BNE is not the first seasonal Droid Factory figure released by Disney. Back in November, Walt Disney World received a Christmas tree-style droid called R4-TR3.

The Droid Factory figures are modeled to look similar to the droids that can be built at the Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort as part of the Custom Astromech Building experience. However, the figures often include colors and components that are not available for the full-size custom droids.
