Red Rose Taverne at Disneyland has debuted four new Fantasyland Faire Folds, a dish similar to Taco Bell’s Crunchwraps.

Red Rose Taverne is a “Beauty and the Beast” themed quick-service restaurant in Fantasyland, near Frontierland. These “Fantasyland Faire folds” are only available after 4 p.m.
Chicken Fantasyland Faire Fold – $13.99
Flour Tortilla filled with a Chicken Patty, Hash Browns, Cheese, White Cheese Sauce and Pickle Aïoli
We’re normally not fans of chicken and pickles combined, but we know people enjoy the pairing. Inside is the equivalent of a fast-food breaded chicken patty, which isn’t bad. We find it similar to Chick-Fil-A in quality, though we think there are better fast-food chicken sandwiches out there.
There is just a hint of pickle but it’s not as much as we anticipated, just based on how prevalent the sauces are in the other wraps. We think the potato and all the ingredients work better with beef rather than chicken. This feels a little forced.

Spicy Chicken Fantasyland Faire Fold – $13.99
Flour Tortilla filled with a Four-Chile Spice Chicken Patty, Hash Browns, Cheese, White Cheese Sauce and Pickle Aïoli
This was the wrap that we were most excited to try. This is very spicy, with a nice, flavorful burn to it. It tastes a lot like a Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich. The pickle flavor is very subtle, and the hashbrown is crunchy and perfectly cooked. We like this a lot more than the standard chicken wrap.
We think Disneyland should sell these wraps all day rather than just for dinner, and would even go so far as to say they could work for a grab-and-go breakfast.

Burger Fantasyland Faire Fold – $14.99
Flour Tortilla filled with Seasoned Ground Beef, Hash Browns, Cheese, White Cheese Sauce and Burger Sauce
This is the heaviest wrap of all, it’s packed with toppings. Inside is a layer of hashbrowns topped with seasoned ground beef and sauce. If you enjoy the cheeseburger pods from Pandora – The World of Avatar, this is similar, but with potato and a flour tortilla.
This is super cheesy and tastes like a classic fast-food cheeseburger, but a really good one. It might even be better than the ones at Disneyland, honestly. With the fresh, hot, and crunchy hashbrown, the Thousand Island burger sauce, and the cheese, this is a perfect wrap. Not to mention it’s giant, heavy, and a huge portion.
This tastes like the intended, best version of all the wraps available, and offers a nostalgia that the others lack.

Veggie Fantasyland Faire Fold – $13.99
Flour Tortilla filled with Cauliflower Quinoa, Arugula, Hash Browns, Cheese, and Chile-Lime Aïoli
This is quite a heavy wrap! It’s got a nice kick to it thanks to the chile-lime aïoli. It’s more spice than we anticipated, but it doesn’t go overboard. There is only a hint of the lime, though.
For a vegan item, you get a rich, cheesy flavor here with the faux dairy. The cauliflower, arugula, quinoa, and potato are a perfect combination, and you get a bit of potato in each bite. The potato is almost like a base layer to the wrap, with every other ingredient living in between.
One of our reviewers felt that there was some flavor profile missing from this, but couldn’t put their finger on what.
It is a little messy, thanks to the sauce, so you’ll want to keep some napkins on hand. Our reviewers would still throw a little hot sauce on it, but others may be happy with the spice levels as they are.
