Additional information regarding the power outage that caused disruptions in the Magic Kingdom has been posted by Scott Gustin on X (formerly Twitter).
Magic Kingdom Power Outage

As WDWNT reported last night, a power outage in the Magic Kingdom caused the disruption of most rides and attractions. Today, a report on X by Scott Gustin states that the problem was caused by a power outage that resulted in an air compressor outage.
All rides and attractions returned to normal status today with wait times in line with seasonal expectations.
The Magic Kingdom utilizes centralized infrastructure that is delivered via Utilidors beneath the park. While widespread disruptions are rare, the centralization of critical infrastructure can cause issues across multiple rides and attractions if there is a failure.
Rides in Tomorrowland were largely unaffected by the outage. Character meet and greets continued during the problem and The Haunted Mansion in Liberty Square as well as The Jungle Cruise in Adventureland remained open.
Astro Orbiter in Tomorrowland, Hall of the Presidents in Liberty Square and Big Thunder Mountain in Frontierland are all currently undergoing refurbishment and are temporarily closed.
