As part of the ongoing celebration of 25 years of Disney Pin Trading, Walt Disney World has a new medal-shaped pin and ball cap.
Limited Edition Pin Trading 25th Anniversary Minnie Medal Pin – $22.99
This is the second pin in a monthly series, following a Mickey medal pin released in January. This pin features Minnie Mouse jumping for joy in the center. The border is silver with a “25” on top and “Disney Pins” at the bottom.
The central medallion spins to reveal the word “Completist” and a checkmark. It has a blue ribbon featuring the 25 logo. The limited edition size is 4,000.
Presumably, each month’s medal pin will feature a different one of Mickey’s friends or other famous Disney characters.
The medal pin is at Riverside Depot in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and other Walt Disney World pin locations.
Pin Trading 25th Anniversary Ball Cap – $29.99
This ball cap is black with an embroidered patch on the front. It resembles the standard Disney Pin Trading logo, with a red border around a blue center. But it reads “25 Anniversary” in big yellow letters. “Authentic Official Pins” is in white on the border. “Disney” is at the top.
The hat was in Pin Traders at EPCOT. Disney also released a new pin trading anniversary t-shirt this month.
