The dragon archway, which will sit just in front of The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant in Celestial Park at Epic Universe now has a head, as well. The head and horns of the dragon are made up of different shades of blue while the mane is bronze and yellow. In keeping with the aesthetic of Celestial Park, the dragon looks futuristic in some ways with the mane resembling gears and cogs. The dragon will also feature a menu frame where guests can check out the restaurants offerings as they walk past or before dining.

While much of the dragon is complete, there are still several empty spaces where additional pieces and decorations can and will be added. Concept art of a complete dragon can be seen below.

The Blue Dragon will feature electric neon dragons decorating its dining room in addition to the dragon archway outside. Guests will have the chance to enjoy flavors from China, Southeast Asia, and Japan while dining under constellations at this location. Blue Dragon will also host the Tiger Bar.

A bowl of ramen with sliced pork, bok choy, mushrooms, marinated eggs, and noodles, garnished with thin red pepper strands—truly an epic universe of flavors in every bite.

A look at Epic Universe food gave us a sneak peak of The Blue Dragon’s offerings. One of the restaurant’s signature dishes is the Tonkotsu Ramen featuring delicate ramen noodles in a rich pork broth, topped with tender chashu pork, tare egg, shiitake mushrooms, and fragrant togarashi oil.

The Blue Dragon will also serve Double Fried Korean Wings and Beef Xi’an Noodles. Dessert includes the Passion Fruit Mooncake, a small hand pie filled with passion fruit cheesecake with a signature dragon stamped on top.
