Visit Das Stakehaus, The Burning Blade Tavern, and De Lacey’s Cottage for a variety of monstrous dishes in Dark Universe. Just try not to look too appetizing to the vampires.
The staple dishes of the fast-casual Das Stakehaus include Bird on a Stake (grilled chicken), Fish on a Stake, and Bits and Pieces (wild mushroom and brisket meatloaf). Each protein option is served with roasted veggies and charred green onion mashed potatoes.

Dessert at Das Stakehaus includes the Red Velvet Death. This red velvet cake is cut into a coffin shape as a nod to the vampires that reside under the restaurant. It’s made with beets to give it a blood-red hue and to bring a fun play on the concept of a red heartbeet cake.
Also in Dark Universe is The Burning Blade Tavern. Another fast-casual restaurant, The Burning Blade Tavern’s menu items include a Hunter’s Garlic Stake, a crispy, cheesy garlic soft pretzel. It also offers Burning Cheddar Bites (crispy fried poppers) and the Burning Blade Burger, a hearty beef patty with a spicy tomato jam spread and jalapeño bacon that mimics the criss-cross shape of the windmill, between two jet black brioche buns.

These dogs aren’t just topped with traditional ingredients — they’re filled. “Where you would see Bulgogi Dog, you might think we’re just topping it with the traditional toppings of a bulgogi rice bowl,” said Chef Chris. “But what we did was we introduced all of those flavors that go into a bulgogi (rice bowl) … inside the actual sausage itself.”
Waturi Punch at the CelesTiki bar has a refreshing blend of rum, bitters, and fruit juices.
Bar Zenith will serve the Meteor Strike cocktail. This is crafted with light rum, triple sec, zesty lime, and pineapple juices, topped with lemon-lime soda and a sprinkle of edible gold glitter. It’s finished with a flaming lemon extract-infused raw sugar cube meteor.
