Disney has introduced new versions of some Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise that originally had a Splash Mountain reference.
Splash Mountain Reference Removed
When Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise was first released, this log pull toy featured a Br’er Rabbit figurehead, implying that the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure log vehicles would have included a generic rabbit figurehead to pay homage to the previous attraction. However, the reference was ultimately not included on the logs when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opened.
A new version of the toy doesn’t have the figurehead either. The old version with the rabbit is still available, for now.
This picture frame used the same log toy design for a 3D feature on the front. The Br’er Rabbit head is also gone from new versions of the frame.
Like the pull toy, there are still some old versions of the frame available.

The Splash Mountain logs at Magic Kingdom had full-body Br’er Rabbit figures, while the Disneyland logs had the head. Most of the merchandise is based on the latter. Neither version of the Br’er Rabbit figure remained for the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure reimaginings.
There is a Splash Mountain tribute in the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure queue.
This merchandise is available in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure gift shop, Critter Co-Op.
