A Florida man in his underwear was arrested for allegedly destroying a sales kiosk at Walt Disney World.

Sean Patrick McHugh, 24, of Port Orange, was arrested on multiple charges in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day. McHugh pleaded not guilty, according to Orange Circuit Court records.
“I have reason to believe Sean was intoxicated, and he endangered the safety of another person’s property and Sean caused a public disturbance,” Orange County Sheriff’s Deputy Isaiah Figueroa wrote in the arrest report.
OCSO recently released the arrest report, which is why WDWNT is reporting on the situation months later.
McHugh was drunk and causing a scene when Disney security also noticed he was trying to urinate into the bushes on the walkway between EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the report said.
That’s when McHugh took off his clothes “down to his undergarments” and broke a $1,000 sales kiosk, the sheriff’s office said.
“Sean was immediately verbally told to leave Disney property and not to return; however, Sean refused to do so,” the arrest report said.
McHugh was charged with third-degree felony criminal mischief and two misdemeanors for disorderly intoxication and trespass. The charges are pending.
WDWNT reached out to McHugh and his attorney for comment but did not get a response.
McHugh’s arrest isn’t the first time someone has drunkenly taken off their clothes at Walt Disney World.
WDWNT broke the 2022 story that got national attention about two New Jersey adult sisters arrested at Disney Springs for fighting.
“Both females began punching, slapping, and pulling each other’s hair,” the arrest report said. “Once separated, both sisters ran at each other, slipped in [the younger sister’s] vomit, then fell into the bushes while still fighting. [The security manager] stated [the younger sister] ran a few feet away and took off her dress, exposing her breasts. Shortly after, they began to punch each other again.”
The woman wore only her sandals and underwear by the time OCSO deputies arrived on the scene.
