Indiana Jones Adventure closed on Monday, March 17 for routine refurbishment. The official Disneyland Resort website lists the attraction as closed through April 24, 2025.

The attraction recently celebrated its 30th anniversary on March 3. We discovered multiple merchandise items commemorating the anniversary including limited-edition pins and a ceramic tiki mug at Disneyland’s Club 33.

Sign stating "Attention! Not Offering Tours Today" at the Temple of the Forbidden Eye. Nearby, two people sit and a stroller is on the path.

A sign near the front of the attraction reads “Attention! Not offering tours today” with the imagery and wordmark of the Temple of the Forbidden Eye near the bottom.

Wooden construction barriers with signs reading "Coming Soon," surrounded by greenery and trees, suggesting an upcoming project or renovation.

A construction wall of wooden planks surrounds the entrance and queue line for the attraction. The entrance structure of bamboo-like poles and netting is visible over the wall. Signage is also posted all along the construction walls.

The signs resemble pieces of scroll paper. The sign on the left informs guests that “Temple tours will begin again this spring.” while the other gives a glimpse into the story of the attraction.

The Indiana Jones Adventure takes guests on a journey in search of Indiana Jones while traveling into the crumbling Temple of the Forbidden Eye and encountering a massive rolling boulder.

In March 2023, the Indiana Jones Adventure reopened with a brand new scene and updated effects after a three-month-long refurbishment. You can view a full POV of the updated ride below.
