After several months of waiting, the new permanent Cinnabon location is now open at CityWalk in Universal Orlando Resort.
Cinnabon Location Now Open

Cinnabon used to have a location in CityWalk located next to Quiet Flight Surf Shop, but both stores were closed in April 2024 and gutted to make way for the upcoming expansion of the Universal Studios Store. Originally, the plan was for a new Cinnabon location to be constructed near Margaritaville within a few months. However, Cinnabon was relegated to several non-permanent locations for almost a year. Finally, the construction on the permanent Cinnabon kiosk is complete, and the permanent kiosk is open for guests.

The permanent kiosk is located near Bigfire and Margaritaville. The building is made of dark grey metal with wood detailing near the counters and shades over the ordering windows.

On the left side of the kiosk, a stanchion has been put into place in case the line for the ordering window starts getting long. This corner also has a blue, Cinnabon-branded umbrella set to one side.

The far left corner also has a small hands-free sink station for anyone who gets some sticky Cinnabon icing on their fingers. The station has soap for hand washing and some paper towels available for guests.

In the street in front of the main ordering window, Team Members have placed new Cinnabon advertisement signs. The signs are blue and show images of the kiosk’s various offerings.

Moving up to the ordering window, a full menu has been posted on the left side near the line.

The full menu includes cinnamon rolls, snacks, and more:
- CinnaPacks Classic — 4 pack for $20.99 or a 6 pack for $26.99
- Classic Roll — $7.39
- Caramel PecanBon — $7.99
- BonBites — 4 Count for $6.59
- Center of the Roll — $6.79
- CinnaSweeties — 10 Count for $7.79
- Cookie BonBites — 1 Count for $3.79, 2 Count for $6.99, or 4 Count for $13.79
- Frosting Cup — $1.49
- Caramel Pecan Toppings — $1.49

A glass window between the two ordering stations has several of the menu items displayed with pink labels.

The interior of the kiosk was decorated to celebrate its grand opening. Decorations in Cinnabon’s signature teal color were hanging from the roof, along with a large banner saying “Welcome Home.”

I ate my first and last Cinnabon years ago in the Detroit airport between flights- what a disappointment, sticky and sweet but no real cinnimon flavor. I can’t understand why anyone would waste calories or time or money on this when there are so many better treats at Universal!
