Tokyo Disney Resort is upcycling more Cast Member costumes to create special limited-time merchandise. We first spotted such items in 2023, when Tokyo Disney Resort turned old Nautilus Gifts Cast Member costumes into bags. This new round of “Circulating Smiles” products are made of Pooh’s Hunny Hunt, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen, and main entrance costumes.
Pooh’s Hunny Hunt Shoulder Bag – ¥18,000
There are eight different versions of the Pooh’s Hunny Hunt shoulder bag, each featuring a different patch from the cast costumes.
The bags are made of the camp shirts worn by Cast Members, with the buttoned chest pocket intact on one side. The pocket has red trim and red over the button. The fabric is pale green-beige with a green bee pattern. It has dark green trim around the main compartment and slip pocket and a green adjustable strap. The interior is beige.
The patches depict Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Roo, Rabbit, Owl, and the Troop 100 Aker logo.
Tokyo Disneyland Main Entrance Pouch – ¥14,000
This zip pouch is perfect for a tablet, makeup, or other small items. It’s white with blue pinstripes and blue lace. Gold-rimmed buttons run down the front but aren’t functional.
The zipper is the same color blue as the stripes. The interior is light tan and has a small slip pocket.
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Shoulder Bag – ¥19,000
There are two versions of this shoulder bag, one made from the right side of a pair of pants and another made from the left side. Both bags are teal green with red trim around the pocket and down the side.
They are embroidered with the Nautilus in gold. The interiors are solid gray. A teal strap is adjustable with goldtone hardware.
Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen Shoulder Bag – ¥16,000
This drawstring bag is made from the Sebastian’s Calypso Kitchen costumes at Tokyo DisneySea. It’s comprised of the costume’s blue striped pants with rainbow fish-patterned trim and yellow-green trim made from the costume’s t-shirt. The back of the bag and interior are solid dark blue. It has an adjustable strap and a top carry handle.
Tokyo DisneySea Main Entrance Tote Bag – ¥25,000
Lastly is a tote bag made from Tokyo DisneySea main entrance costumes. The bag’s body is made from a shirt, being mostly a gray-beige color with wide tan stripes, red buttons, and red accents. The handles are made from a culottes skirt. It includes a ruffled badge with an embroidered Mickey head and bow.
The front zipper of the shirt opens to reveal a small pocket. The main compartment has a blue and orange lining with a small slip pocket.
These items are made from actual worn costumes, and there may be slight variances in the product you receive. They will be released on the Tokyo Disney Resort App on April 24, 2025.
