Bioreconstruct shared an aerial view of the progress of Epic Universe on March 1 and 2 amid Team Member previews.
Epic Universe
Celestial Park

The view above shows guests in a queue line for Epic Universe previews, waiting to enter the park.

Guests are seen entering through the portal at the entrance of the park.

Above is the statue of Luna with water cascading both in front and behind the statue into the water channels.

Work continues to progress on the landscaping near the Atlantic Restaurant with trees now in place. Water is also flowing at the cascading water feature at the Luna Overlook.

At the front of Stardust Racers in Celestial Park, scaffolding has been removed seemingly indicating that the theming is complete.

Preview guests ride Stardust Racers above as train cars cross each other on the tracks.

During testing of the Epic Universe fountain, dirt was spreading through the basin from the waterfall that flows into the fountain.

Signage has been installed at The Blue Dragon restaurant near the Epic Universe Fountain.
Super Nintendo World

Preview guests were seen passing by the entrance portal to Super Nintendo World. The portal gates were closed and signage was out in front of the portal.

Inside Super Nintendo World, Team Members were seen at different interactive features within the world.

Crew members were at work painting the exterior facade of Super Nintendo World.
Dark Universe

In the aerial photo above, preview guests are nearing the portal entrance to Dark Universe.

Preview guests are seen walking through Darkmoor, a village in Dark Universe.

While walking through Darkmoor, guests pass near a well with fog rising out of it.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic

Colorful pavement is displayed at the portal entrance to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. The yellow arrow in the aerial photo above points to themed weathering on a wall inside of the world.

Theming details including a garden and gate are located at the exit from the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.


Preview guests were walking the streets including near the entrance of Le Cirque Arcanus.

Other detailing has been added including columns of cauldrons that were recently added outside of a shop.

Wand testing is occurring in the photo above. Just last week, Universal Orland Resort shared a first look at the new second generation of interactive wands for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

A new sign that reads “Metrofloo” was recently installed on the facade for the Battle at the Ministry attraction.

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk

Preview guests were seen inside the world of How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.

Small dragons have recently been added near the portal of The Isle of Berk.

A pair of Vikings in the photo above are greeting preview guests as they walk through the Isle of Berk.

In the above photo is the queue line for Hiccup’s Winged Gliders as well as the exit gift shop on the right.


A crew member was riding one of the trains during testing of Hiccup’s Winged Gliders likely in preparation for preview members to be able to ride.

Preview guests are seated and ready to ride Dragon Racer’s Rally. On Dragon Racer’s Rally, “new Vikings can practice aerobatic maneuvers and high-speed barrel rolls on a towering, Viking-made dragon-riding trainer.”
Epic Universe opens on May 22, 2025.
