Loews Portofino Bay Two Queen Bed Garden View Room Tour

Loews Portofino Bay Resort is inspired by the seaside village of Portofino, Italy. The Universal Orlando hotel is a luxury hotel that features guest rooms and suites, three pools, and water taxis that transport guests to the parks.

An entryway table is on your right when walking in the door to the room and a decorative mirror hangs on the wall above it. The table does have storage room as the front is a large open shelf.

The table has a glass top and two silver trays of items. The tray on the left had an ice bucket and “Still Dreaming” do not disturb sign. The right tray had a small coffee maker with coffee pods, cream, sugar, and cups.

A hallway with tiled flooring led from the entryway into the rest of the room. On the left wall is a doorway to the bathroom and on the right is a closet.

The bathroom is very spacious with a double vanity and plenty of floor space to move around. The toilet is separated from the double vanity with a wall. The tile in the bathroom is the same as the entry way which helps to break up the space from the carpet in the bedroom.

Above the double vanity is a large wall-length mirror with a smaller mirror that can extend out from the wall on the right. The front of the counter had a towel rack at the center.

Thematic ceramic pieces were displayed on the counter including trays, a tissue box, and a cotton swab holder. The tray had hand towels, a face bar, hand & body wash, and hand & body creme.

Behind the bathroom door was the shower which had towels supplied on the towel rack and more soaps and shower products on the shelves. A full-length mirror is on the back of the door along with towel hooks.

The bedroom has two queen-sized beds, carpeted floors, and high ceilings.

Between the two beds is a nightstand with a mirror above it that has two lamps attached.

Across from the beds is a dresser with six drawers and a TV on top.

The center of the dresser contains a mini fridge and a slide-out shelf above it.

To the right of the bed is a seating area with a window and floor-length curtains.

The sitting area has a small chair with an ottoman and a standing light behind it.

Across from it is a marble-top table with two chairs, a lamp, and framed artwork on the wall. There are also outlets on the table leg.

Our room had a garden view however the hotel is undergoing renovations so there was a construction site outside the window.
We also recently stayed at the new Stella Nova Resort and you can check out our review of that hotel here.
