REVIEW: All Garden Graze Menu Items & NEW Completer Treat at 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

During the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, guests can participate in the Garden Graze, a plant-based food scavenger hunt.

2025 Garden Graze at EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

A person strolls by a "Garden Graze" sign showcasing Outdoor Kitchen Menus at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, located near a decorative building adorned with plant motifs.

Guests must purchase any five of ten eligible festival menu items. They can get the same item multiple times and they can complete the graze their own pace, at any time during the festival. When completed, they get a special complimentary festival treat.

A person showcases a Festival Passport pamphlet for the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival's "Garden Graze," highlighting sponsor logos and event details.

In order to participate, guests need a festival passport, which is freely available at the front of the park and at various merchandise locations. Details of the Garden Graze are on the back few pages of the passport. When purchasing an eligible menu item, guests hand their passports to the checkout Cast Member, who will stamp the final page.

After getting five stamps, guests can head to Pineapple Promenade to get their completer treat.

We reviewed all the food at this year’s festival, including the ten Garden Graze items and the completer treat. Remember, all these items are plant-based.

*NEW* Beach Grub

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob – $6
with Savory Garlic Spread and “Cheese”

Though Beach Grub is a new Outdoor Kitchen, the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob is a returning item. It’s good but nothing special. It’s standard street food and we feel like there was a lack of ingenuity from Disney. We would have preferred it hot but temperature is always a gamble with festival food. The vegan cheese is the weakest part. The seasoning is good, though.

La Isla Fresca

*NEW* Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho – $5.25
Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel

A dessert on a square plate features a custard base crowned with a layer of dark chocolate, garnished with red sprinkles. It sits elegantly in a pool of caramel sauce, embodying the essence of a 2025 garden graze with its vibrant and inviting presentation.

The only true new food item on the Garden Graze this year is the Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho. Our group had mixed feelings about the passion fruit caramel but generally loved this. You get that fruity taste and then a rich dark chocolate. The cake is moist and perfect.

Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market

Potato Pancakes – $5.25
with House-Made Apple Sauce

This is exactly what you expect it to be, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You can taste the onion and potato. The applesauce comes through, too. We would recommend other more interesting dishes over potato pancakes but it’s still a nice option.

Refreshment Outpost

Jamaican Beef Patty – $6.75
Featuring Impossible Beef with Spicy Papaya Syrup

Disney knocked it out of the park with this amazing beef patty. The Impossible meat has a great texture and excellent spice. There’s also plenty of it. The pastry is crisp. The sauce adds a touch of sweetness that completes the dish.

Seasonal Fruit Parfait – $7
with Sweet Chili Sauce and DOLE Whip Mango

Mango fans might like this but we weren’t impressed. The quality of the ingredients is fine.

The Citrus Blossom

Lumpia – $6
with Plant-Based Pork, Green Papaya Salad, and Yuzu Sweet-and-Sour

Three fried spring rolls rest in a paper tray next to a small cup of dipping sauce on a green patterned surface, reminiscent of the vibrant 2025 Garden Graze.

The yuzu sweet-and-sour sauce is overpowering. It has a nice kick but it’s all you end up tasting. The plant-based pork is good quality and pretty spicy on its own. This is a greasy dish.

Lemon Tart – $5
with Lemon Curd, Blood Orange Fluid Gel, Aquafaba Meringues, and Raspberry Powder

A small tart with a yellow filling, reminiscent of a 2025 garden graze, is topped with white shards sprinkled with red, elegantly presented on a white square plate.

This is pretty average for a lemon tart. It has a nice lemon curd and a soft pie crust. It’s middle of the road.

Trowel & Trellis

Farmhouse Meatball – $6
featuring Impossible Beef with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and Creamy Herb Aïoli

The meatball has good seasoning and an authentic texture. The spice comes through as a slow burn on the back end. The lentil wrap is delicious. We’ll return for this.

BRUNCHCOT

Avocado Toast – $6.25
with Marinated Tomatoes and Plant-Based Cheese Crumbles on Toasted Ciabatta

Avocado toast topped with cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, feta cheese, and an edible flower graces a rectangular white plate, embodying the freshness of a 2025 garden graze.

The avocado toast fell flat this year. The avocado spread felt low quality and the tomato wasn’t bursting with flavor. The cheese was fine but it was a forgettable dish.

Biscuit and Gravy – $6.75
Featuring Impossible Sausage with Pepper Jelly

In this 2025 garden graze scene, a hand presents a white plate showcasing an open sandwich adorned with a beige spread and red sauce, set against a vibrant green and white backdrop.

Last year, this dish was Impossible chicken fried steak and we didn’t like it. Unfortunately, the Impossible sausage and pepper jelly version isn’t an improvement. The biscuit is chalky and dense. The sausage is good but the gravy isn’t. The pepper jelly gives it a little kick but not enough to save the dish.

Completer Treat

A hand holds a card labeled "Festival Treat," featuring illustrated oranges and strawberries, against a stone wall with a person in the background—a delightful nod to EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival's Completer Treat.

Once we got all five of our stamps, it was time to get our completer treat. To get your treat, go to the pick-up window of Pineapple Promenade, located across from Port of Entry at the World Showcase entrance. The Cast Member will put a final stamp on your passport.

The new completer treat this year features vanilla soft-serve from KLIMON mixed with DOLE Whip Pineapple. KLIMON launched in 2022 and makes 100% plant-based, dairy-free products. It includes a souvenir cup and wildflower seeds mix.

There are details and instructions for the wildflower mix on the front. It’s a “blend of naturalized and native items” including annuals and perennials, “designed for easy maintenance.”

The souvenir cup is a plastic, stemless wine glass. “Garden Graze” is printed in large text above a series of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. “EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival” is on the other side. The cup does not feature the year as it’s reused from 2024.

As for the treat, it’s delicious and a refreshing reward at the end of a long festival day. If you like DOLE Whip, you’ll like KLIMON and won’t be disappointed.
