California Craft Brews

Food:
- 🆕 Lemon Pepper Wings – $9.00
- 🆕Sloppy Joe Slider featuring Impossible Beef – $8.00
Beverages:
- 🆕Mango Guava Cocktail – $17.00
- 🆕Chapman Crafted Orange Plaza Pale – $16.25
- 🆕Stereo Brewing A More Perfect Day Double IPA – $16.25
- 🆕Noble Ale Works Flamigle Hard Seltzer – $16.25
- 🆕Green Cheek Guava In Berlin Berliner-style Weisse – $17.75
- 🆕Spring Beer Flight – $18.00
- 🆕California Punch – $8.00
*NEW* Sloppy Joe Slider featuring Impossible Beef – $8.00
with Cheese

This was another disappointment. People looking for a plant-based option might appreciate this, but it was poorly seasoned. Sometimes, the Disneyland Resort team makes the Impossible meat indistinguishable from the real deal, but this was not one of those times.

*NEW* California Punch – $8.00
Mango Purée, Guava Nectar, Cucumber Syrup and Lemon Juice, garnished with a Mango Chile Lollipop

This is the non-alcoholic version of the above, and it was very good. It didn’t suffer form the sticky, sugary problem of many theme park drinks. The juice mocktail was well complemented by the mango chile lollipop.

Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo

Food:
- 🆕Asa’DOS – $9.75
Beverages:
- 🆕Açai Passion Tea-ki Cocktail – $18.00
- 🆕Estrella Jalisco Michelada – $18.50
- 🆕LA Bodega Költura Kölsch – $16.25
- 🆕Study Break LA Punch Hard Seltzer – $16.25
- 🆕Estrella Jalisco Mexican Lager – $14.25
- 🆕Golden Road Ride On Tropical Hazy IPA – $16.25
- 🆕Russian River Blind Pig IPA – $16.25
*NEW* Musubi Fried Rice brought to you by Disney Vacation Club – $8.50
AULANI Resort-inspired Steamed Rice with Egg, Glazed Spiced Ham, Umami Mayo and Furikake

This was excellent. The glaze and spices are fantastic and the dish overall is cooked to perfection. Maybe Disney Vacation Club should bring more dishes to the table.
Rating out of 7: 7
*NEW* Cherry Cobbler Pot de Crème – $7.50
Vanilla Custard, Cherry Filling and Oat Crumble

The filling was refreshingly fresh, but poorly flavored. It was overly tart. We hoped the custard would cut through the tartness, but it did nothing to help. The oat crumble, at least, was soft and tasty.
Rating out of 7: 3
*NEW* Western BBQ Burger Bao – $9.50
with Sweet Barbecue Sauce, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon and Crispy Onions

This is a terrible value and poor quality at that. It’s incredibly salty and the low-quality barbecue sauce drowns out any hope for the meat. The bao was poorly done as well.
Rating out of 7: 1
*NEW* Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake – $7.75
Café De Olla-infused Tres Leches topped with Piloncillo Chantilly, Cinnamon and a Mickey-shaped Cookie

As appropriate for a tres leches cake, this was very moist and flavorful. It reminded us of an elevated tiramisu. The Mickey icon cookie is less than stellar, but it’s cute. The serving is also generous and could easily be shared, making it a good value.
Rating out of 7: 6
*NEW* Corn Chip Chili Pie featuring Impossible Beef – $8.00
Seasoned Impossible Beef, Spicy Cheese Sauce, Tomatoes, Sliced Jalapeños and Crema

This is one of those times where the culinary team takes the Impossible meat and makes it work for everyone. The spices and seasonings do a lot of good work here to make a fun twist on walking tacos.
Rating out of 7: 6
*NEW* Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail – $18.25
Bourbon, Pickle Juice, Lime Juice, Sweet & Sour, garnished with Tajín Chile Lime Sauce, Tajín and a Pickle Spear

The pickle fans among us loved this. It was refreshing and complex. If you’re not a fan of pickle juice, though, it’s best to skip out.
Rating out of 7: 3 or 6 (depending on your opinion of pickles)
Uncork California

- 🆕Green Apple Slush Cocktail – $18.50
- 🆕Strawberry and Cola Cocktail – $18.00
- 🆕Cocktail Flight – $20.00
- 🆕Kendall-Jackson, Vintner’s Reserve – $17.00

- 🆕J Vineyards & Winery, J Cuvée – $21.00
- 🆕White Wine Flight – $19.00
- 🆕White Wine Flight – $19.00
*NEW* Green Apple Slush Cocktail – $18.50
Green Apple BeatBox, Blue Curaçao Syrup, Melon Liqueur, Kiwi Purée and Lime Juice, garnished with a Shark Gummy

Several offerings this year are very tart, but this is one where it works well. The melon is stronger than the green apple, but not to its detriment.
Rating out of 7: 5
*NEW* Cocktail Flight – $20.00
Lychee Melon Cocktail, California Wine Cocktail, Strawberry and Cola Cocktail

If you like lychee, you’ll enjoy the Lychee Melon Cocktail, but it’s definitely an acquired taste. The California Wine Cocktail was awful. The Strawberry Cola Cocktail wasn’t quite as bad, but we didn’t enjoy it.

Award Weiners

Food:
- 🆕Mini LA Street Dog – $7.49
*NEW* Smoked Hawaiian Pizza – $9.49 per slice or $47.49 for whole pizza
Spicy Marinara, Smoked Mozzarella, Glazed Ham, and charred Pineapple

This is the same cafeteria-quality pizza with sauce, ham, and pineapple added. It’s fine. It’s not terrible. Still, there are so many better options at the festival than sub-par pizza that we can’t recommend it.
Rating out of 7: 3
*NEW* Coffee Bundt Cake – $7.25
Coffee Bundt Cake with Chocolate Mousse filling and a Coffee-Flavored Liqueur Glaze

This is similar to previous offerings at the Cappuccino Cart, with dark chocolate substituted for milk chocolate this year. The cake itself is moist and the glaze is decadent.
Rating out of 7: 7
*NEW* SoCal Corn Dog – $10.79 or $13.29 combo
rolled in Fries and topped with Tomato and Pickle Relish, American Cheese, and House Dressing (combo served with Cuties Mandarin Orange or Small Bag of Chips)

This is bad. Strangely, for how good the corn dogs usually are, the batter was part of the problem here. It just tasted off. It was also rather flavorless.
Rating out of 7: 2
*NEW* Corn Chip Chili Pie – $7.49
featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef: Seasoned IMPOSSIBLE Beef, Spicy Cheese Sauce, Tomatoes, Sliced Jalapeños, and Crema
This is one of those times where the culinary team takes the Impossible meat and makes it work for everyone. The spices and seasonings do a lot of good work here to make a fun twist on walking tacos.

- Build Your Own Flight – $20
*NEW* Chicken Taquitos Ahogados – $14.99
Served in Salsa Verde with Spanish rice, Avocado Crema, Sour Cream, Pickled Onion, Cotija, and Cilantro

This is a full entree, as often is the case with Paradise Garden Grill. It’s a great value and an excellent dish. Everything came together for a delicious meal.
Rating out of 7: 7
*NEW* Pescado Zarandeado – $29.99
Whole Grilled Fish with Corn Tortillas, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Zesty Slaw, Pickled Vegetables, and a side of Chips and Salsa

Unlike the taquitos, this one misses the mark entirely. Most guests won’t enjoy a full, bone-in fish. To make matters worse, it was very fishy. It’s a huge dish but unfortunately it doesn’t deliver.
Rating out of 7: 1
*NEW* Pickle Whiskey Sour Cocktail – $17
Bourbon, Pickle Juice, Lime Juice, and Sweet and Sour garnished with Tajín Mild Hot Sauce rim, Tajín, and a Pickle Spear

The pickle fans among us loved this. It was refreshing and complex. If you’re not a fan of pickle juice, though, it’s best to skip out.
Rating out of 7: 3 or 6 (depending on your opinion of pickles)
Outdoor Vending Locations
Food:
- 🆕Teriyaki Turkey Leg – $15
*NEW* Strawberry-Caramel Churro – $7.50
with Whipped Topping, Strawberries, and Caramel

Starting the day off strong. This churro is perfectly cooked. It uses a strawberry flavored sugar, and the balance with the caramel is perfect with the fresh strawberries. This is one of the best churros we’ve had at DCA.
