Rainy day at a theme park with Victorian-style buildings and construction barriers displaying "Plaza Restaurant." Few people walk on the wet pavement.

Just a few weeks ago, themed scrim was installed on the exterior of the Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom. The scrim has now been removed revealing the restaurant’s exterior once again.

A Victorian-style building with a detailed green wooden turret and decorative trim. The exterior includes cream siding, patterned shingles, and brick accents.

With the scrim removed, the awning and roof are now visible again. The flower beds above the awning remain devoid of any flowers at this time.

Visible above the construction walls to the left of the awning is part of the restaurant’s facade. Yellow and green paneling make up the exterior of the building along with two windows.

On the right, more of the yellow and green paneling can be seen on the exterior along with more windows, two of which are decorated. The decorated windows advertise “FPC Academy Featuring The Culinary Arts.”

Last year, the exterior of the Plaza Restaurant was refurbished so the current work may be part of the same project. As work continues, the Plaza Restaurant remains open for guests to enjoy.
