The newly-enclosed terrace of STK Steakhouse at Disney Springs is now open to guests.
STK Steakhouse Terrace
Since STK Steakhouse opened at Disney Springs 10 years ago, the terrace overlooking the nearby Disney skyline has been open-air. Over the past several weeks, STK has been working on adding a new roof with sliding panels.
The panels on the sides of the building can be adjusted to make the terrace open air or keep it covered. Guests can still enjoy views of Disney Springs.
This roof will make the terrace seating more tolerable in the hot summers. Cast Members can also close off more of the outdoor sections when it starts to rain, so guests eating outside won’t have to rush indoors just to avoid getting wet.
STK Steakhouse is located in the part of Disney Springs known The Landing. As a painted sign on this side of the building indicates, the entrance is up the staircase across from Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante. The Disney Springs website describes STK as:
Take one step inside and you’ll quickly sense that STK Steakhouse hums on a different level than your average American chophouse. The 14,000-square-foot, 2-story restaurant features sleek ambient lighting, a DJ in the main dining room, an indoor fire pit lounge and a stunning rooftop terrace.
While the unique atmosphere may lure you in, the world-class service, palate-pleasing dishes and expertly made cocktails will surely inspire you to kick up your heels.
Reservations are recommended.
STK Steakhouse is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The STK lounge is open from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. It offers brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
