A new Instagram post by Disney has provided the first photos and descriptions of some new menu items coming to Disneyland Park for the ticketed Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite event.

The new food information was shared by Disney on the official Disney Eats Instagram @disneyeats. The post shares a first look at some of the specialty “Star Wars” themed snacks and beverages coming to the after-hours ticketed event. A few of the items were mentioned during the release of menus for Season of the Force 2025, but this new post includes more descriptions and photos.



The full list of new menu items includes:
- The Pineapple and Ube Crescent Sundae at The Tropical Hideaway: Dole Whip Pineapple and Mango swirl topped with tapioca pearls and red fruit
- Loaded Tatooine Toast at Stage Door Café: Texas-style garlic toast topped with buffalo ranch chicken tenders and cheese sauce, garnished with spicy blue and red rolled tortilla chips
- Hibiscus Limeade at Little Red Wagon: Limeade infused with hibiscus served with a Lightsaber swizzle stick (Non-alcoholic)
- Nevarro Lava Canyon Bread with Creamy Slaw at Edelweiss Snacks and Maurice’s Treats: BBQ smoked burnt ends stuffed cheesy pretzel bread with creamy slaw
- Sorgan Cooler at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree and Harbour Galley: Raspberry Powerade Lemonade with mango popping spheres and gummy frog served with a Lightsaber swizzle stick (Non-alcoholic)
- Honey-Chipotle-glazed Kalbi Ribs at Bengal Barbecue: Steamed broccoli, purple cabbage, and blue rice
- Loomas Wrap at Ronto Roasters: Chopped Impossible burger, mozzarella, onions and peppers, and mustard slaw wrapped in pita (Plant-based)
- Green Milk at Milk Stand with lychee jelly and mango popping spheres (Non-alcoholic)
- Poola Blossom Delight at Kat Saka’s Kettle with strawberry cream filling



The post concludes with a reminder of the special dining packages available for the event, which include Cafe Orleans in New Orleans Square and Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.



Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite is a special ticketed event taking placed on select nights in April and May. Tickets are still available for the following dates: April 8, 10, 22, 24, 29, and May 1 and 6, 2025. An event is also scheduled for Star Wars Day, also known as May the 4th, but that night is already sold out. Pricing starts at $169 per guest. The event is from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Disneyland Park, and guests with tickets can enter as early as 6 p.m.
