FIRST LOOK at Stateroom Decor Aboard the Disney Destiny

Brit Tuttle

Two vibrant paintings on easels illustrate animated scenes, capturing the essence of Disney Destiny. Nearby, a purple shield sign with the number 12345 adds to the enchantment, offering a first look into this imaginative world.

During a media event for the Disney Destiny, Disney Cruise Line shared a first look at stateroom decor that will be present aboard the ship.

Disney Destiny Stateroom Decor

Each stateroom will feature art inspired by heroes from across Disney and Pixar animated films, including “Mulan,” “Brave,” “Hercules,” and “The Incredibles.”

A colorful painting on an easel offers a first look at a fantasy scene with a central figure on a rock, surrounded by abstract plants, waves, and mystical creatures—evoking the whimsical charm of Disney Destiny.

In Concierge staterooms, the art on display will feature Sorcerer Mickey and other characters from “Fantasia.”

In the dim, purple-lit stateroom, a display table showcases five badge holders, a striking Black Panther statue, and patterned artwork. The tablecloth proudly reads "Disney Destiny," hinting at an exclusive first look of elegant decor. Nearby, a carpet peeks out with subtle charm.

We also got a look at the wallpaper, carpeting, bed runner, and the stateroom number placards that will line the hallways.

The stateroom number placards will feature icons for “The Incredibles,” “Brave,” Sorcerer Mickey, “Hercules,” and “Big Hero 6.”

The in-room wallpaper, as seen in the swatch above, will have botanical elements with leaves and golden swirls. The carpeting, also seen above, will be blue with hidden Mickeys and four-pointed stars throughout.

FIRST LOOK: A Black Panther statue with a panther at its base commands attention on the table. In the background, a colorful painting of a temple scene with characters adds charm, making it perfect Stateroom Decor that captures the magic of Disney Destiny.

A model of the Black Panther statue that will be in the ship’s Grand Hall was also on display.
