Chicken, Chicken, Chicken – Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Under Construction at Universal CityWalk Hollywood

A new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers location is under construction at CityWalk in Universal Studios Hollywood.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Coming Soon

Raising Cane’s is a quick-service restaurant originally named for owner Todd Graves’s Labrador Retriever, Raising Cane. The location is known for serving a menu of almost entirely chicken fingers, with only some sides and drinks along with the chicken meals. The restaurant chain already has several locations across the Los Angeles and Hollywood area.

Raising Cane’s replaces Dongpo Kitchen, which closed in CityWalk last year. All Dongpo Kitchen signage has been removed from the building, and now Cane’s decals are on the glass fence around the restaurant. Additional advertisements fill the windows.

The glass fence and ads say the restaurant is “Coming Soon” in the restaurant’s usual red and white color scheme. So far, no other changes have been made to the exterior of the building.

The new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is across from Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, which opened at Universal CityWalk Hollywood two years ago.

Last fall, the Hello Kitty and Friends Cafe opened at CityWalk along with the Sanrio Smile Shop. Soon after, Mini Monster closed.
