REVIEW: Limited Time Carrot Cake Cookie Debuts at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs

Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has introduced a new limited-time Carrot Cake Cookie.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

A person holds a black umbrella outside Gideon's Bakehouse, a brick building with a large sign and several smaller hanging signs. Palm trees are visible in the background.

The cookie debuted as part of their April menu and will be available daily for the month.

A blend of flavorful spices, rich molasses, fine carrots, and a hint of tart, covered in crunchy house-made candied pecans and carrot cream cheese drizzle

The cookie is delicious. It is very doughy inside, so if you don’t like that, we would suggest skipping Gideon’s Bakehouse altogether, as that’s the texture of their cookies.

A hand holds two halves of a moist, nutty cookie with orange frosting, revealing a chewy interior with chunks and bits, while a blurry outdoor setting is visible in the background.

When we pulled the cookie apart, we discovered white chocolate chips inside. These were not listed in the ingredients.

Three oatmeal cookies drizzled with caramel are displayed on a dark tray.

The top of the cookie has pecans, and there is a nice brown sugar crunch throughout. The frosting on the top is messy, as it melts quickly in the Florida heat.
