The dramatic interior boasts green-tiled walls and gold accents, while a large black-and-white poster of a woman with text about a trial at Courtroom No. 10 adds to the epic universe feel, reminiscent of scenes from Harry Potter's world.

  • Step Two: Link the park tickets for you and your travel party to your Universal account wallet
  • Step three: Choose an available Virtual Line return time

The Virtual Line return times will become available at 12 p.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m. each day. Times are limited and subject to availability.

Scannable QR codes are provided to link tickets and to get a return time.

The use of Virtual Lines was rumored when the Universal Orlando Resort app updated to include Epic Universe, as the lands all had “Virtual Line” listed under them. However, that designation was removed shortly after.

Inside the ornate, dimly lit building, an illuminated vintage-style poster captures attention with its imagery and text about an epic courtroom scene. The luxurious decor features green tiles and golden accents, reminiscent of the magical world of Harry Potter's Battle at the Ministry Ride.

However, in March, Universal filed a new trademark for the phrase “Virtual Line.” Universal already uses “Virtual Line” to refer to their virtual queueing system, complete with a “VL” logo. The trademark indicates they don’t want anyone else using that phrasing (Disney uses “Virtual Queue”), but it also means they plan on using more virtual lines in the near future, such as for new rides such as Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry and others in Epic Universe.
