This snack is available from the Cart across from the Milk Stand from May 4 through May 31, 2025.

Mossberry Biscuit – $6

Biscuit topped with ube and matcha icing, ube micro sponge cake, sprinkles, and dehydrated blueberries

A hand holds a triangular pastry topped with purple, green, and yellow icing, sprinkles, and a purple filling.

This may take a nice picture, but it’s so dry. The biscuit and sponge cake are tasteless. The matcha and ube flavors don’t come through in the icing — there’s just a hint of sugar.

A hand holds a half-eaten pastry with green and purple icing, yellow sprinkles, and toppings, against a leafy background.

It will rarely be fresh because it’s just in clamshell packaging at carts. This treat only escaped a 1 rating because it’s pretty.
