Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs is offering a selection of seasonal items for a limited time.
Summer House on the Lake Seasonal Specials
The new specials are available from May 8 through 13. There are two limited-time Saturday and Sunday brunch dishes:
- Crab & Asparagus Benedict: poached eggs, capers, hollandaise.
- Crispy Lemon-Vanilla Waffle: raspberry-rhubarb compote, chantilly cream
At lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy a special starter, pizza, and an entree:
- Smoked Salmon Salad: roasted beets, chives, crispy potatoes
- Avocado & Fresh Ricotta Pizza: pesto, lemon
- Roasted Alaskan Halibut ‘Oscar’: Lump crab, hollandaise, asparagus
Summer House on the Lake is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and until 11:30 p.m. on Friday. It opens for brunch at 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, closing at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday and 11 p.m. on Sunday.
