Disney announced the performance times for “Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away” and revealed the nighttime parade will follow the Magic Kingdom parade route backwards.
What Time is Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away?

“Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away” debuts at Magic Kingdom on July 20. It will perform at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Note, however, that “Disney Starlight” will not be performed on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party evenings. It will likely skip Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates, too.
While Magic Kingdom parades usually begin in Frontierland and end on Main Street, U.S.A., “Disney Starlight” will go in the opposite direction. it will follow the usual parade route from Main Street to Frontierland “to allow for better guest flow at the end of the night.”
“Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away” is the first year-round nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom since Main Street Electrical Parade ended its last run in 2016. The parade floats are inspired by Mary Blair artwork, with the Blue Fairy, Peter Pan, and Wendy on the lead floats. Other floats are inspired by “Moana,” “Encanto,” Disney Princesses and their princes, “Coco,” and “Wish.” The finale float has Mickey & Friends and more princesses.
Disney updated the rules regarding Annual Passholder park reservations for the debut of “Disney Starlight.”
