Disney shared a first look at the new attraction poster for “Walt Disney – A Magical Life,” which debuts at Disneyland Park later this month.
Walt Disney – A Magical Life Attraction Poster

In an Instagram video, Walt Disney Imagineering’s Sr. Graphic Designer Jeremy talked about the process of designing a new attraction poster, including pulling from previous designs. The poster’s turn-of-the-century style matches the attraction poster for “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.”

The poster includes a photo of Walt Disney and a hidden Mickey in the filigree.

A retro “Disneyland Opera House” logo is across the top. The pointing fingers near the bottom of the poster are based directly on Walt’s finger.

When visiting Disneyland Park on Tuesday, July 8, we saw that the posters were already on display at the Main Street Opera House.
“Walt Disney – A Magical Life” features the first-ever Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic and the “Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream” documentary. It will debut on July 17, the 70th anniversary of Disneyland Park, in the Main Street Opera House. The show will play by itself for its initial run, then later rotate with “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” A new marquee was recently installed on the opera house. There will also be a new exhibit with never-before-seen art and original furniture from Walt’s apartment.
