July 2025 will see two limited cookies become available at Gideon’s Bakehouse, with the first being an update of the Rocky Road Cookie.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is located in The Landing section of Disney Springs.
This month’s menu card features an illustration of Enoch, an impish little character digging for bones on the beach. This card is stylized to look like an old photo, with the other half presumably to be released with the next cookie for this month in two weeks.
Not all families look alike while enjoying a summer day on the beach. Meet little Enoch. When he and his brood travel to the shore each year, nothing makes him sunnier than digging for bones. Where exactly these bones come from is, admittedly, a bit perplexing.
Rocky Road Cookie – $6.50
Triple Chocolate Cookie base, smothered in semi-sweet and dark chocolates, mixed with house-made double-baked whole candied almonds, and marshmallows
Though the Rocky Road Cookie has been at Gideon’s Bakehouse in the past, this take on the treat has been revamped and now features marshmallows on the inside rather than on top, as it was served in our last review from 2021.
This cookie is very chocolate-forward. If you love chocolate, then you’ll definitely want to try this. It comes across as more like a brownie in texture than a cookie. The update to the mix offers the perfect amount of marshmallows; we think it would be too sweet if there were any more than this. The candied almonds give a nice break in flavor and a crunch to the cookie, which is otherwise super soft.

The Rocky Road Cookie will only be available from July 1-15, and then a new limited cookie will be available. There is a purchase limit of two limited cookies per person.
