User @ScottGustin on X shared footage from the Disney Destiny float out celebration, which contained a preview of the ship’s new anthem.

The Disney Destiny is celebrating its first float out from the Meyer Werft shipyard as it prepares for its upcoming November sailings. During the celebration, lyrics and music for the ship’s new anthem were revealed. The music is upbeat with lyrics fitting for the ship:

“This is your Destiny! Seize the moment, it’s your time. Find your light and let it shine, when worlds collide!

In the preview, these lyrics are repeated, but there may be additional verses to be heard in the full version. Take a listen below.

As the ship retuned into the building, the horn blasted through the air, playing “When You Wish Upon a Star” from Pinocchio. This tune has become synonymous with the Disney Cruise Line and is probably one of the most well known horn sounds among cruise lines.

Four Spider-Man figures, the Stern Characters on Disney Destiny, scale the cruise ship near its logo and giant windowed deck.

Prior to the ship’s float out and anthem reveal, Disney shared some photos from the Doctor Strange-inspired Sanctum lounge coming to the ship.

The ship’s Marvel theming includes a Grand Hall inspired by Black Panther and Wakanda as well as a Spider-Man stern figure. Debuting on the Disney Destiny will be a new Hercules stage show. It will also include a Cruella de Vil loungeCafe Megara, and Lion King dinner show.
