FIRST LOOK at Doctor Strange-Inspired Sanctum Lounge on Disney Destiny

Disney Cruise Line shared a new look at the Disney Destiny, including a first look at the Doctor Strange-inspired Sanctum onboard.

Disney Destiny Ship

The post on Instagram included three photos. The first shows the classic Disney Cruise Line logo (a white Mickey icon against three blue waves) on the side of the ship’s funnel. The second shows Super Minnie on the ship’s bow.

The Sanctum

The third photo shows a circular fake window with the signature curved lines of the New York Sanctum Sanctorum seen in Marvel’s Doctor Strange films. The Sanctum will be a lounge with mystical items, entertainment, cocktails, spirits, and coffees.

More Disney Destiny Details

The ship’s Marvel theming includes a Grand Hall inspired by Black Panther and Wakanda and a Spider-Man stern figure. Debuting on the Disney Destiny will be a new Hercules stage show. It will also include a Cruella de Vil lounge, Cafe Megara, and Lion King dinner show.

It will be the third Wish class ship, following the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure. The fourth Wish class ship is now under construction.

The Disney Destiny will set sail this November.
